Le logement se compose de différents espaces sur deux niveaux avec 2 chambres, un séjour/salle à manger lumineux, deux salles d’eau, 2 wc et une cuisine équipée. Venez prendre une bouffée d'air pur dans le parc naturel des Ecrins avec les célèbres glaciers et sommets du massif des Ecrins. Vous pourrez partir skier directement depuis l'appartement dans l'une des stations les plus enneigée de France (1400 m à 2750 m). Bienvenue au coeur des Ecrins! L'appartement est placé idéalement sans vis-à-vis avec vue sur les montagnes et au calme. Situé en rez de jardin, vous bénéficiez d'une terrasse ainsi que d’un jardin entouré de nature. En été, le doux bruit des criquets accompagne vos soirées, et la fraicheur du torrent vous permet de supporter les nuits de canicule. En hiver, vous jouissez d'un accès rapide à la station de ski de Pelvoux par le chemin ou celle de Puy-Saint-Vincent (15min) en voiture ou en bus.

Outre la pièce à vivre dont les baies vitrées donnent l'impression d'habiter le paysage, l'étage offre 3 chambres (2 fermées) et une sdb, toutes dotées de grandes ouvertures pour multiplier les points de vue. L'aménagement intérieur, mélange d'authenticité et de contemporain, adopte le style chalet en fil rouge, en accord avec le bois dominant, laissé naturel. Le choix des teintes et des matières assure une ambiance cocooning.

Notre chalet est situé au calme dans un jardin privatif. Sa terrasse de 30m2 vous permettra de profiter d'une vue panoramique. Parking gratuit.Nous avons apporté un soin particulier aux équipements et à la décoration pour une ambiance cocooning. A 5 mn à pied du centre de Guillestre vous trouvez: tous commerces , cinéma, restaurants, supermarché. Aux portes du Queyras, Vars, Risoul, et de l'embrunais sa situation géographique vous donnera accès à un terrain de jeu illimité été comme hiver.
