All cutlery, crockery, pantry. Bidet toilet, shower, washing/dryer machine. Half-way between Brisbane & Gold Coast, 35min to Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk, 20min theme parks, wineries, golf courses. Theme parks near by Dreamworld is only 10 minutes drive. 6 minutes drive to major shopping center (Coomera westfield town center ) and train station. corner shops are 2 to 3 minutes drive. The space is exceptionally private, there is no shared space with us ( the hosts ) other than the driveway. It is a great place to unwind, rest, stay in or stop over. Free fast WIFI.

Our club is close, and pubs, clubs and restaurants on nearby islands. Enjoy the sea (including kayaks) from our lawn at high tide, bicycles, and a spa-pool on request. The suite includes a queen bed (only), sea views, a kitchen, bathroom and an outside patio overlooking the bay. There is aircon. No cleaning fee.

Carbrook Cottage is a brand new residence and the owners have thoroughly enjoyed landscaping and setting up the cottage with the comforts of home. Award winning Sirromet Winery is only a short 8 minute drive away making this a fabulous accommodation option for weddings or Day On The Green concerts.
