The apartment building is a new project, situated in a quiet place. Very close to public transport that takes only 10-15 minutes to the Old Town. In 10 minutes walk there is Domina shopping center and railway station where both Vecāķi beach train and Sigulda city train departs.

It is close to restaurants, shops and all the main tourist attractions, making it easy to plan your visit. The cozy studio has a unique oval office and coffee machine for undisturbed work. Come and discover our charming Cottage in a peaceful and green area. After a walk on the Great Kangari trail, enjoy a sauna at no extra charge. In the morning, an included breakfast will be brought to you. Please if you plan to do a barbecue don't forget to take your charcoal. In case we provide 2kg bag/5 euros.
