The charming Old Town Apartment is situated on the ground level of a historical structure in the bustling center of the city, enveloped by a plethora of lively bars, eateries, and al fresco dining spots. Despite its vibrant surroundings, the apartment offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere as it overlooks a charming courtyard at the rear of the building. Additionally, guests have access to two bicycles for leisurely exploration of the town, discovering its rich historical landmarks, or embarking on scenic rides along the numerous cycling and walking paths within the picturesque Gauja National Park.

Modern city center apartment

Scandinavian style apartment for private and comfortable stay on holiday or business trip, located in the heart of Sigulda city. One bedroom with two single beds that is possible to turn in double bed. Wide, spacious living room with one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed. Also includes a lot of closet space for personal belongings. 100m from city skiing track, obstacle park and ferris wheel. Train/bus station, cafes/restaurants and most of the tourist attractions are within 5min walk.

Design apartment in exclusive neighborhood of Riga

The apartment is located in a renovated historic building, built in 1887. There are two parks next to the building. Apartment is freshly refurbished and is located on the second floor. Neighborhood is called quiet center surrounded by the Art Nouveau architecture, diplomatic area of embassies, restaurants and cafes. Few minutes’ walk away you will find Andrejosta – central marina with various restaurants, bars and clubs. Old Riga & other sightseeing objects are around 15 minutes’ walk away.

It is a small and very cozy central studio, steps away from Riga's best restaurants, local shops, museums, and parks. Ideal for solo travelers or couples and includes free wifi, delicious Illy coffee, towels, shower gel and more. The UNESCO-listed Old Town is a 5-min walk, and the Central Station is 4 min away, connecting you to the seaside, other neighborhoods, and nearby national parks. When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

The apartment (75 km2) is located in a 19th century house 5mins walk from the Old Town. The windows face the picturesque Castle Park (Cēsu Pils parks). The place has a bedroom, a combined kitchen-living room and a veranda that offers a romantic sunset view. (Veranda is warm only May–>Sept). Wooden floors. Central heating. The kitchen is well equipped; a washing machine for laundry. Suitable for couples, families (with kids), small companies. We offer discount for 2-day and longer stays.

The apartment is located next to a park on the 5th floor of a 5 story building without elevator. The apartment is 32m2. It’s not too far from Riga city centre, many public transportation options available in close proximity. There are food store near by. Commute to Old Riga takes 15 min via public transport or 30 min by foot. Double/Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). No smoking inside apartment. Free parking MAY be available - please confirm before booking to ensure availability.

Welcome to discover the UNESCO heritage building in the center of Riga in a safe part of the city. A historic building of 1909 built by famous Latvian art-nouveau architect E. Laube. Modern and cosy flat on the 6th floor with a sunny terrace and a stunning view. It's located 20 min on foot from the Old Town, 15 min from the Central Market .You have all the facilities nearby including gym, grocery store & french boulangerie "Cadets de Gascogne" in 2min walk.
