Casa Carmona, a Mid-City Garden Oasis near Museums

Casa Carmona is a little oasis in the big city. It's convenient to just about anywhere you would want to visit while in Los Angeles. Private entrance allows you to come and go as you please. Very diverse selection of restaurants and there is a 7-11 as well as a small grocery store (that delivers) less than a block away if you would rather eat in. Laundromat and dry cleaners are one block away which is helpful for longer stays. Street parking is available. Convenient to public transportation. Full access to the guest house and the backyard area including lounge chairs and dining table. I live in the adjacent house so am able to offer help during guest's stay. I love meeting my guests from all over the world but respect your privacy and comfort! Casa Carmona sits behind a charming Spanish house in Wilshire Vista, a neighborhood created in the 1920s. This is a diverse and safe area, within walking distance of Museum Row and the Grove. Plenty of free parking is available. Approximately half my guests rent a car and there is unrestricted street parking available except for street cleaning on Tuesday afternoons. The other half of my guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. There is plentiful public transportation within walking distance. One bus stop is less than a block away on one major street and another the opposite direction a block and a half from the house. There is also a Zip Car location less than a block away. The main bed is full size. The pullout sofa is twin bed. There is a small fridge/freezer, microwave oven, 2 burner electric cooktop, and George Forman grill for cooking. Also have a Keurig for coffee and electric tea kettle and assortment of teas. There is a end table that is gate-leg so can be used for in-room dining. Folding chairs in closet as well as extra folding table in closet. Hair dryer in bathroom. Plenty of closet space. Two luggage racks. Iron is provided. I also provide a beach blanket, tote and towels for excursions to the beach. For relaxation time at the Casa there are plentiful entertainment options including Amazon Echo, TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, many movies, PlayStation and several board games with even more available upon request!

Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Budget Friendly Rv Camper 15 mins away from LAX!

RV/Camper for those that dare to try something different! The RV is budget friendly & offers you a place to stay. It has a memory foam full-size bed & small bunk like bed. Its great if you're traveling solo or with a partner. A small patio area is available for you to enjoy. We are 15 mins away from LAX! 7 Mins from the Sofi and major stores like Costco, El Super, Food 4less, Ross & Target. Also, there are nearby restaurants such as Chili's, The Habit & Red Lobster. The studio is very close to so many venues that you never have to go too far to get to your destination! If you are looking for a peaceful private place to unwind after a busy day, then look no further! Here you will find a cozy little hideaway, just for you! It is for couples or singles only. It is too small for families.

This studio with private bath sits behind a house in the charming Arbor Village of Inglewood. Walk 1.5 miles to SoFi Stadium or take a short Uber to nearby Venice, Santa Monica and Beach Cities. This unit features 2 queen beds (one is a wall bed - see photos), couch, large TV with Netflix, microwave, dishes and utensils, filtered water, and custom-roasted coffee.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

This guest house was built in 2023 and is in one of LA’s best neighborhoods. This quiet million dollar historic neighborhood is centrally located minutes from SoFi, the Form, YouTube Theater, Beverley Hills, downtown LA and the beach. Free parking directly in front of house. Full bath and kitchen with full-size refrigerator,  convection microwave, electric stove top and washer and dryer. Queen size bed, and pull out couch. All windows have blackout shades.
