The studio is located just off the high street with bars and restaurants a few mins walk away. However it is secluded and quiet. 30 degree heating available should it be required! !There is parking outside the front door overnight, outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen, washer drier, 48 in TV Sky Q with movies and sky sports, Netflix and Disney plus, coffee machine, DVD player. All bedding and towels provided along with tea coffee, sugar and condiments, cooking oil, washing liquids etc

This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Small charge for a fifth adult

The property has a private parking area and garden. It has numerous footpaths and cycle routes on its door step and within the beautiful local village Abbots Bromley you will find 4 Pubs, Tearoom's, Indian Takeaway, Butchers and a well stocked village shop . The annex is perfect for short breaks visiting family, friends and business trips.

The Huts are situated on gentle grass banks in a mixed apple/pear/plum orchard. The main path leads up to a field for tent pitches if you have extra guests with spectacular views of the Peak District. Fernilee Hut has a double bed, table and chairs and a wood stove. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is also perfectly placed for easy access for public transport (tram/bus) to Mcr city centre, both Utd and City’s grounds, Co-op Live and Mcr Arena and Mcr Airport. It’s a few minutes walk to the local shops and also only a 15 minute walk to restaurants, cafes and pubs. This house has a pull out double sofa bed so it can house up to six guests comfortably. Lovely peaceful garden to the rear.
