This spacious 3 bedroom + sleep-out, 2 bathroom home sits on scenic Palm Beach canals with pool, private beach, jetty, fire-pit, and views of Burleigh Headland - all within walking distance to the beach. Main living & sleep-out have split-system A/C; 3 bedrooms have in-window A/C and ceiling fans.

A comfortable Koala queen bed, ensuite, bar fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster with complimentary continental breakfast on the first day, outdoor stainless steel kitchen with double gas burner, sink, fridge and freezer etc Great coffee and fuel 2 minutes drive , 5 mins to cafes & restaurants

Our home is close to Mt Warning, only 3km from Husk Distillery and Tumbulgum, 15 min from the Gold Coast airport, 30 min to Byron Bay, 10 min from Snapper Rocks famous surf beach and the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, 25 min from Surfers Paradise, Sea World, Dreamword and Movie World. Coffee shop and pub only 5 min drive. We are in the country side over looking Mt Warning. You will enjoy the sounds of the birds and a see a few wallibies if you like to be up early.

Located in the beautiful Old Burleigh Town pocket in the western part of Burleigh Heads. Private room on the ground floor of our home with separate entrance, queen bed, private ensuite and kitchenette. Our home is centrally located if visiting the Gold Coast on business or pleasure and a convenient stopover if travelling to/from Brisbane or the Gold Coast Airport.
