Located in the friendly village of Brockholes near Holmfirth, accessible by train, it's perfect families and friends looking for a base for a short break. It's also a great base for working. Recently renovated, you'll find it attractive, cosy and well-equipped. The cottage sits across a cobbled courtyard from our house so we're here to help. Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

Weaver’s Den has a combined kitchen and living area leading out to an enclosed and private dog friendly garden. You will have a king sized bed, linens, towels, a shower room, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, WI-FI, sofa, dining table and chairs, as well as outdoor furniture. We also provide you with breakfast items such as tea, coffee, bread, milk, eggs and condiments. There are also a few surprises! We also supply two dog bowls. Cannon Hall Farm and Yorkshire Sculpture Park are about 20 minutes drive. Close to the Peak District national park 🏞️.
