First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

This Wonderful home on Webster is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage home with 2 queen beds that share a hall bath on the main floor with the living room, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is a private King Suite with cozy bed, ensuite bathroom as well as a quiet place to read a book or utilize the desk to get some work done. Out the back door is a large fire-pit, patio with a few chairs, and all surrounded with a fence for privacy. Beyond the fence is a driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

Roosevelt is the perfect place for weekend stay to visit friends/family or longer if you are on a work assignment or in transition. 2 Queen bedrooms, 2 baths, and flex space w/ a day bed/ trundle. Comfortable living room, large dining room table & well equipped kitchen. Amazing beds, Washer/ Dryer for your use, and a HUGE fenced yard with room to spread out and let kids play. Firepit and outdoor dining too! A park for kids to play with plenty of running around space just around the corner!

Centrally Located Cozy Villa

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a unique quiet/private country stay. There are 3 bedrooms: a queen bed, a single bed and 1 bunkbed in 3 separate rooms. This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.
