Visit Tumbarumba Rail Trail,Paddy's River Falls, Hume & Hovell Trackheads, Sculpture Trail,Southern Cloud Lookout, Mt Selwyn Snowfield & Upper Murray drives. Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

Carrs on Clarke a 3-bedroom country home at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, Tumut. Ideal accommodation for a family getaway, girls, couples weekend escape. Our quaint house sleeps 6, with the upstairs loft boasting a Super King-sized bed with the option of splitting into 2 king singles. Please advise for your stay. Our 2 cottages are uniquely constructed with open beams and a cozy atmosphere. They are self-contained with linen provided and efficient reverse cycle air conditioned. Turn of the century "Farm Worker's Cottage" that became part of Tumbarumba as this picturesque little mountain town has grown over the last 100 years. Originally part of the Snowy's farming land holdings, it's now just a short distance from beautiful parklands, Rail Trail, delightful cafes, wineries, trout fishing, & historical walking tracks such as the Hume & Hovell National Trail. With ski fields within easy access, there is something to satisfy every adventure & taste throughout the year.

Rose End Cosy Central Apartment

Rose End House has bean divided into 2 apartments. It is the front apartment that will be your home away from home. The lounge room has three long windows facing the private front garden, BBQ, outdoor setting and a lovely shady tree. It has two comfortable lounges facing each other which makes for easy conversation or a movie night. A television doubles as beautiful art. Two Camel B&B 688 Little River Rd, Tumut

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

"1885" Warehouse Apartment

"1885" is a warehouse built in 1885, which has been beautifully converted to apartment style accommodation. It is located on Union Lane, behind Ride Tumba and right beside the Union Hotel. You can easily walk to cafes, pubs and shops and it is just under 2 kilometres to the start of the rail trail. The building is two-storey, with a living and kitchen area downstairs and a spacious open plan bedroom with bathroom upstairs.
