Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Unser ca. 350 jähriges Bauernhaus enthält ein neurenoviertes Studio. Es liegt etwas über dem Dorf Saanen mit wunderschönem Blick über grosse Teile des Saanenlandes. Mit dem Auto ist es in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, ob von Schönried oder Saanen herkommend. Zwischendrin die Unterführung mit der Abzweigung zu Unterbort/Abländschen. Immer den Wegweisern „Sonnenhof“ folgen. Die Unterführung ist auch Bushaltestelle. Von dort rechnet man noch 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Studio. Abholdienst ist möglich.

L'appartement fait partie de l'annexe érigée en 1950 au chalet paternel. Ce chalet a été construit en 1850 par mon arrière-grand-père, mes grands-parents y ont vécus et mon papa et sa soeur y sont nés. L'appartement a été rénové de peu, il est meublé simplement et fonctionnellement. Devant le chalet, il y a un terrain gazonné, qui a été longtemps le potager et la seule source de revenu pour ma grand-maman devenue veuve prématurément.
