In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Outdoor heated pool available mid May-Sept (weather dependent), Tennis Court and retro games room. Between Worcester and the Malvern Hills with 2 walkable pubs. On site with Hop Pickers Rural Retreats.

Doe Bank, Great Washbourne

Our guest house is set in it's own garden on our family farm, with beautiful views of Bredon hill and surrounding Gloucestershire countryside. There are three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a sitting/living room. There is a small kitchenette in the main living area, with fridge, oven, hobs, and sink. This allows guests to make their own light meals and hot drinks. Guest have use of a patio with seating, outside fire and hot tub. The pool is available 9am- 5pm August until 8th September.

This stylish studio loft apartment offers a very convenient location for a handy, charming stopover. Near to Birmingham airport and NEC, Warwick, Henley in Arden, Stratford upon Avon to name but a few. The apartment comprises cosy bedroom area, open plan living area with comfy sofas, smart tv, dining / kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a loo and basin (please note there’s no shower in the loft but we can give access to the downstairs shower room). Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the best that nature has to offer. Have a memorable weekend in this shepherds hut based on the Worcestershire/ Herefordshire border, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Based just off the amazing "Worcestershire way" hike. Access to a natural swimming pool, hot tub and sauna between 3pm and no later than 7.30pm. Part of Wild Wood Uk which offers amazing extras including wild swimming, reformer Pilates, yoga…. Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Luxury newly renovated 2 bedroom coach house set in the grounds of a Georgian Manor House with its own private gardens and duck pond over looking the National Trust Tithe Barn. The Coach House is within walking distance of the quaint village of Bredon which boasts 2 pubs, a village shop and playground. Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds. The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.
