It boasts a brand new bathroom and kitchen, new flooring throughout and is tastefully decorated in coastal blue hues with a touch of shabby chic. We are a half a block to main street, two blocks to the harbor and the Martha's vineyard ferries. We are also less than a mile to the ocean.

We request a 2 night minimum. You will have this entire charming and private cottage to yourself. It is immaculate and well-appointed. Located within walking distance to historic Sandwich Village, local shops, bakery, bistro, and cafes. Walk to Heritage Museum and Gardens and stroll through Sandwich Village to visit the Glass Museum, Dunbar Tea House, Daniel Webster Inn, and Spa. Spend the day at Sandwich's iconic boardwalk, Sandy Neck, and local beaches.

“Cozy Cottage” on Great Bay

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
