Fully furnished two-story townhouse in small (6 units) gated community with pool located in quiet cul de sac. Only a 5-minute walk to downtown Jacó and 8 to the beach. Walk or bike anywhere in town, or, if you need a longer ride quickly call a cheap cab. Sleeps a maximum of 3 singles, or couples or family groups of up to 6. Two bedrooms in second floor and one bedroom in ground floor, next to the kitchen and living area. Private terrace with charcoal grill and table for 4, next the pool area.

Our beach house has everything your family will want for a fun filled vacation in the sun. We are located 7 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the closest grocery store. Many restaurants within 3-5 minutes walk. We have a pool, an outdoor grill, an outdoor eating area, surf boards, beach gear; coolers and more, two porches with hammocks to relax on, a very well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and lots of toys and books for kids This is a perfect spot for family and friends!

Thanks for visiting my profile, in it you will find each of the details of my house which was designed with our guests in mind with a large terrace with a private pool for our guests, so that during their stay they are an excellent vacation. A place where the atmosphere of beach and sea is mixed with mountains and viewpoints and many activities that you will find in our area. Our accommodation is located 1.5 kilometers from the beach surrounded by nature and mountains.

Beautiful & Modern 3 bedroom townhome is close to everything. 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed & the 3rd bedroom 2 single beds. The internet is high speed & dedicated to the house & perfect for teleworking. The beach is a short walk away. This complex has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. We are located on the quite end of the Main Street in Jaco. Central Jaco has countless restaurants & shops which is located walking distance or quick Uber or Taxi from the house.
