A good mix of people, fun atmosphere, bands at the weekend, a theatre upstairs which attracts some great comedians. Also A pop up pizza oven outside on Fridays - well worth trying

Local institution! Great selection of beers (best place for English ales and ciders) and always something going on (music, theatre, comedy). Super friendly.. even let you bring your takeaway in :)

Not only a great pub, on Thursday and Friday evenings they serve excellent wood fired pizzas

This pub is also a theatre and art gallery. Make a pit stop outside at the Peppe’s Pizza stall and try its Mama Rosaria — asparagus, artichoke, speck and parmigiano with lashings of truffle oil.
