The 120+ year old Caetani Cultural Centre is a 6,000 sq. ft. designated heritage house, situated on 1.5 acres of land on lower East Hill. The Caetani Centre features art, literature and musical events.

Recently Sveva Caetani's art works have been brought back to her former, fully restored home on Pleasant Valley Rd. C3 also offers artist in residence studios and a full calendar of events and activities throughout the year.
