This is one of our favorite springs to paddle board or kayak. If you rent locally you can stop in at the restaurant at the end of the run and prior to calling for pickup to have a lunch or dinner.

One of FL most visited state park, Rainbow River is one of my favorite ways to spend a hot afternoon. There are numerous kayak, paddle board, or boat rental spots along the river. My recommendation is to be dropped off upriver and float your way down to Swampy's for lunch or dinner afterwards!
