A 15-minute walk through the beautiful Ladd's Addition area. Great coffee and toast. Good stop on way to downtown and, on a nice day, provides super outdoor seating options.

This is a clean modern coffee house with a highly refined, quality excellent cup of coffee. Very calming and cool and worth it.
