if you're in the mood for lobster rolls, Maine Shack is a fairly recent new addition to Denver. Also in the hip Highlands neighborhood, this place is pricey, but I've been told reasonable for lobster. The brown butter roll was the only dish I've tried and it's great, but again, it's pricey!
