So many collections are housed here: Ebony & Jet Magazine...and the Frankie Knuckles vinyl archive. If you care at all about contemporary Black cultural history, this is the spot.

This is the location of all Johnson Publishing Archive, University of Chicago Glass Lantern Slides and much more about AA history, art, etc. Hours are limited so plan carefully. Not ideal for small kids that like to be hands on as exhibits are archives for careful handling.

The Stony Island Arts Bank is a hybrid gallery, media archive, library and community center. Amazing Architecture and very unique artwork.
