The best butcher shop in San Francisco. If you're looking for something special to cook, such as a dry-aged 50-day ribeye steak, or wagyu beef. The only thing they cook is their Butcher’s burger, available weekdays Tuesday-Friday 11am to 2pm or until they sell out. It's amazing, you'll thank yourself.
