Fun thing to do and you can jump on the docklands light railway on the other side. Memorable for kids and a fab experience!

Intrigue the kids by suggesting a walk underneath the River Thames. There's the added reward of great views of Cutty Sark and The Old Naval College from the other side of the river.

I used to ride (no i mean walk my bike) through to work and my masseuse lives on the pathway so still get to admire the view looking towards Greenwich

Historical 1902 tunnel beneath the River Thames between the Isle of Dogs and Greenwich. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. - 10 min walk
