Fun park by SFA that has recently been renovated to include new playground equipment and a splash pad (when in season). Also has trails and a large pavilion.

Pecan Park, right across from Stephen F. Austin State University, is where you want to go when you want to get out in the sun. It's where you can park your car and enjoy the park or put on your walking shoes and explore some of the most beautiful walking trails you've ever seen. If time and weather permits, get over to Pecan Park. You are sure to enjoy what nature has to offer.

Lovely park with Disc course and the Lanana Creek winds through.

This is a great park filled with Pecan trees. This park has is one of 4 disc golf courses. Trails connect and run north for about 3 miles, mostly along a paved path. Creekside tail runs south for another 3 miles running along Lanana Creek. Be sure to check out the old bridge that was moved to the park from the SW corner of Nacogdoches county.
