So lucky to get this shop nearby! We stop at the Coopérative laitière du Beaufortain in Bourg Saint Maurice when we go down back to Paris from Val d'Isère or Les Arcs to buy Beaufort, the finest Alpine cheese (other cheeses that you can find there are very good too, but Beaufort is definitely our favorite one). When we are nostalgic from the Alps, we come here...
