The Supervalu in Youghal is a great starting point to by your first round of groceries. They have all the basics. They also have a good fish department, good bread selection. They also have a surprising number of things your would only expect to find in a health food store like rice cakes, almond butter, numerous specialty breakfast items like chia sees, flax seeds etc.It is my first stop often even before arriving at the cottage or just after arriving at the cottage. The Supervalu in Dungarvan has a wider selection but is also a little further away.
