One of very few dedicated vodka distilleries in Australia, our Copper Still named Walter, transforms fermented local grain to create a wonderfully smooth vodka. Best Dirty Martini 🍸 amongst other fabulous cocktails and your standard beers. With regular changing food trucks, Penni Ave is a great casual local venue for an afternoon aperitif or meal.

The best hidden secret of Rye. Located in an unassuming backstreet just off Melbourne Rd but don’t be fooled - This neatly presented distillery is serving up a range of cocktails using their own Australian natives vodkas.
