Germany's first and only Penguin Museum is located in Cuxhaven's “Lotsenviertel”, directly by the “Schillerplatz” within walking distance from the "Alte Liebe" (one of Cuxhaven's most famous landmarks). The exact address is Schillerstrasse 64, D - 27472 Cuxhaven. In addition, our visitors can get various information on the different penguin species, their habitats, breeding and hatching, food, climate change,pollution, protection of species etc. Guided tours in English are available. We offer tours in German regularly every Saturday and Sunday at 4.30 pm (duration: approx. one hour). Tours in English are also available upon request.
