Omanawanui Track, accessible from Whatipu Rd, or Whatipu is a great coastal track for fabulous sea views, recently upgraded and even though there's lots of steps is a must do. Personally I love this track. Be prepared to do the return, either by road or track to return to vehicle.

Incredible views of Manukau Harbour and down to Whatipu. Great workout too!!
