Erskine Falls is a natural treasure just outside of Lorne, with a 30 metre drop down into rocky cliff faces and lush rainforest. This stunning falls is one of the most accessible on the Great Ocean Road, the first lookout platform is located only 150 metres from the carpark, which then stretches into 200 plus steps down into the gully, offering a view of the splash pool and falls.

A short walk to view the beautiful falls or take the 8km hike along the river back to town

It's one of several very enjoyable, not too strenuous walks that conclude with a coffee and refreshments in Lorne. It does require you to arrange transport at both ends though.
