A bar and a social hub for LGBT and Left field comunity. In a sense more of a formalism than a necessity but feel free to from your own opinion on how this emerging scene feels here. A plus factor would be that the whole historical tissue that you have to traverse to get there is very tipical of 1920's Bucharest and you won't see that in the center.
