This is the closest trolley stop only 1 block from the vacation rental and the trolley is the most affordable and best way to explore San Diego. It will drop you off literally in front of the convention center, by the marina district, the Gas lamp district and Old town. It can even take you into the border between the US and Tijuana Mexico.
