Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is one of the most popular shopping streets in the city centre, featuring clothes and accessories stores, as well as shoe shops. This is a pedestrian street, making it the ideal shopping destination, with nice bars scattered along its sides and al fresco tables providing welcome break opportunities. You'll find all the big chains here, including Diesel, Max Mara, Mango, Luisa Spagnoli, Replay, H&M, Benetton, Intimissimi, Zara, Bershka, Sephora and many more. For something more upscale, admire the smart shoes on display at Vergelio and the trendy jewels at Morellato. The massive Mondadori Megastore features a cafe, a wonderful reading corner, and a wide selection of books in several languages. Good for Must SeeLuxury TravelerShopping FanaticTrendsetter Tips A multiplex cinema, The Space Odeon, is located on Via Santa Radegonda. The flagship of La Rinascente, the famous department store, is located along this street, close to the Cathedral. Don't miss Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, the famous covered shopping mall with smart stores, coffee bars and restaurants. During Christmas holidays, this street is decorated with lights creating a magical atmosphere. Take Via Santa Radegonda and stop at Luini to taste one of their famous panzerotti. I like the traditional ones with the tomato and mozzarella cheese filling. Plan to stay: 1-2 hours
