A great park with a walking path that circles the pond. You will see a gator (behind the fence) sunning in the afternoon. Two times around is 1.5 miles. Pleasant walking with views of the beach, next to Sharky's if you want to include the pier in your walk. Also, if you are missing your pup on vacation, walk over to the Paws Park which is a dog beach. Only in Venice do the pups get their own beach. Peaceful, picnic areas and just a stroll away from the pier on one side and Casperson Beach on the other.
