Boan Inn of Tongui-dong This is a gallery and cultural space that boasts free exhibits as well as books and sleeping accommodations. If you are looking for a cozy place to go Seoul, you'll definitely want to jot this down on your itinerary! 경복궁 돌담을 따라 영추문 앞에는 여관 간판이 걸려있는 작고 낡은 적산가옥 하나가 있다. 그리고 그 옆에는 비슷한 분위기를 이어가는 키가 한층 더 높은 신축 건물도 보인다. 이 두 곳은 카페, 책방, 갤러리, 게스트하우스를 모두 갖춘 공간, '보안1942'이다. 키가 작은 보안1942는 1942년 지어진 옛 여관 건물을 새롭게 꾸며 갤러리가 되었다. 옛 향수를 불러일으키는 낡고 오래된 모습에 역사가 담긴 여관 간판을 그대로 걸고 있어, 마치 이곳만 시간이 흐르지 않는 느낌이 들기도 한다.
