You can walk along the high street and the Cathedral is just across the road. From the Cathedral, you can walk to the riverside of Severn River. On the Saturday and Sunday morning, the river is busy with rowing, kayak, dragonboat and others. You can spend the lovely whole morning start from having a breakfast in one of the cafes in the high street or if you are around on the Saturday there is a street market selling various foods and crafts, you can spend sometime on the shopping along the shops, then heading to the Cathedral. You can continue to the riverside walk and you could spend easily an hour walk. Then, you can choose to have the lunch in one of the riverside restaurants or in town

Worcester Cathedral . A must for a visit - this is a beautiful cathedral and on the edge of the high street if you then want to go shopping/eating.
