This ain’t your tacos and burritos Mexican restaurant. What makes Paloma place stand out, besides the great cocktails, is the cozy ambiance and fresh ingredients. Did I mention that everything is made from scratch, including the tortillas?

This is another relatively new Santa Fe spot and all of our friends agree it’s one of the best new additions to the Santa Fe food scene. Two classics, their margarita (they call it the “Marg”) and guacamole are excellent. Also, their elotes and ceviche are amazing. Honestly, we’ve loved everything we’ve tried at Paloma.
