This is a place to rent a speed boat, pontoon or other lake fun. You can call ahead or book when you arrive. Friendly folks and you get a free ice cream when you rent!

Douglas lake is just about an hour away from the chalet in Dandridge, TN. If you like to fish, the lake has been named one of the top five lakes in the United States for crappie fishing and ranks in the nation’s top 10 for large mouth bass fishing. There are several marinas in the area that rent pontoons, ski boats, wave runners, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. If you decide to go, make sure you check out Bush's Brothers(see under restaurants) for lunch!
