Cultural centre with plenty of art exhibitions and events - check out the Facebook site. Open Monday - Sunday, in a beautiful area, nice for a walk, as it is close to the Hofgarten Park as well - and why not go for a walk along the river into Altstadt if the weather is nice? Very much worth it - NRW forum is great both for rainy and sunny days, there is a nice cafe as well, and sitting on the terrace outside the forum on a sunny day is fantastic.
