Very close. Opens at 7 AM. Fast service, friendly staff, good coffee and good pastries. I highly recommend the almond croissant or the cake donuts. Always a fast moving line, which is a good sign. I bring my own cup, because I'm not into plastic tops.

Great coffee, excellent baked goods, but generally known for it's amazing granola!
