The food here is fantastic (corn off the cob never tasted better) - but the view on the roof top with a beverage is the real reason you go here.

Be sure to grab a drink at Gallo Blanco and make it to the rooftop deck. For an added cost, be sure to get some pool passes for a day and chill poolside in the only privately owned mid-century hotel.

Gallo Blanco is one of the best "new" Mexican restaurants. Hotel has a rooftop bar that is perfect for sunsets!

Nice rooftop lounge, live music, cool pool, and good food. Definitely check it out during a sunset and stay for a while.

Checkout their rooftop - great sunset views. Grab a drink downstairs, take the elevator to the third floor and walk up the remaining stairs to the roof. (Tell the bartenders you are going up there and they will put your drinks in a plastic cup) Enjoy the Arizona weather and sunset.
