Real dinosaur fossils can be seen in the Rocks at this beach.

The area is home of the Dinosaur Dreaming Dinosaur Dig site of Monash University and has produced more dinosaur fossils than any other single site in Australia. And dinosaur bones are still found there today.

The Caves are located in the Bunurong Coastal Drive, about 2km west of Inverloch, between Flat Rocks and Eagles Nest. The car park beside the road is clearly marked. To access the caves, proceed down the stairs and around the rock platform to the right (south).

Lots of rock pools and see the awesome caves. Please check the tide level, and go out when the tide is out or on its way out.

Part of a fossil park, go at low tide and explore the rock pools, or scramble over the rocks looking for fossils!!
