This no-frills, family-owned cafe in deep Southeast may serve Portland’s best Chinese breakfast, with everything from jam-packed, blistery jianbing to the an absurdly ginger-laden congee littered with knobs of salted pork. The jianbing, in particular, is ideal for a quick breakfast on the run, and the congee easily holds up on a drive home.

Locally owned restaurant opened by a pair of siblings, the original location on SE Division. This place serves up delicious & fresh Chinese food. Dumplings! XLB!
