TheWalk Flat located in the middle of the Wave (Al Mouj). Al Mouj is one of the best places to live, 5 min to the airport, in the heart of Muscat access to the beach, best restaurants and there are weekends activities such as (Souq Al sabt). there are different activities for families and kids such as swimming school and nursery and art school. transportation is not a challenging as you can rent a car or using (O Taxi) application which is like Uber. feel like you are in your country, we are here to serve you.

The Wave is a well developed modern part of Muscat city, where you can find a shopping mall, outdoor restaurants and cafe's with the Marina view, Golf course club, Saturday Souq, hotels and a private beach along with water activities center.
