Blue Gill offers fun and new menu items constantly based on availability of in season ingredients. Their mixed drinks are killer and their entrees are always perfectly prepared.

Absolutely delicious food, Blue Gill is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. They have a kind of modernized southern-style cuisine and a huge selection of bourbons and tequilas. They make amazing seafood that is always cooked to perfection. Very good service as well.
