Lovely Aquarium right on the beach . Tickets are great value as they allow you all day access. Next to Adventure Island so a great addition if you are in Southend for the day.

Highly recommended for families, not only does the centre offer sealife but also other animals including a group of meerkats which were given a home when an Essex-based animal centre closed.

Why not visit the UK’s first Zooquarium where you can immerse yourself in the wonders of life on planet earth, from butterflies to dinosaurs to Meerkats and of course explore the depths of the oceans beauty.
