Bring your bikes and head to the Grand Canal tow path for an enjoyable few hours. You can join at several points along the route. There is some beautiful countryside along the way and pretty Devon villages to have a quick drink and refuel.

lovely walks from the canal basin , very peaceful and fabulous views. can see kingfishers .During the summer months you can see the nostalgic sight of the horse drawn barge or take a ride.

Lovely place to walk and watch wildlife. Take a trip on the horse drawn barge (featured on the Countryfile Calendar some years ago).
