Most famous salsa hotspot in the city. Especially worth a visit during carnivals. Can get very crowded and it's preedy seedy but it's a great authentic salsa experience. Cheap beer.

If you love Caribbean rhythms like salsa La Troja is the place to visit. Excellent collection of salsa and the best salsa dancers in the whole city.

La Troja is the most traditional and iconic place in Barranquilla for dancing Salsa. It is full of tourists. A very recommended place to drink a Cerveza Aguila and dance all night; if you don't dance, don't worry, you will learn. Spoiler alert: you can find there people from every corner of the city, but the place is very secure.
