This is where you go to buy Icelandic grown Galloway beef straight from the farm located in Hvalfjörður, Kjósarsýsla. The butcher himself and his wife actually work there and they are wonderful people who will give you tips on how to cook and/or serve your meal. Try their spicy beef jerky!
