Ferries run regularly from Woods Hole to Martha's Vineyard - to either Vineyard Haven (45 minutes) or to Oak Bluffs (1 hour). A great way to spend a day on the Vineyard, biking or bussing around the island, hiking, shopping, visiting restaurants.
