Definitely check out the available times to make sure it is open when you want to go, but KC sports multiple notable farmers markets that offer local organic ingredients at good prices from good people. Brookside, Old Overland Park and the River Market all have great farmers markets worth checking out even if just for a glass of homemade Kombucha.
